Love poems
Upon Julia's Clothes
by Robert Herrick
Whenas in silks my Julia goes,
Then, then, methinks, how sweetly flows
The liquefaction of her clothes.
Next, when I cast mine eyes, and see
That brave vibration, each way free,
Oh, how that glittering taketh me!

- 'Love can be understood only from the inside, as a language can be understood only someone who speaks it, as a world can be understood only someone who lives in it.'
~ Robert C Solomon - 'Other men said they have seen angels,
But I have seen thee
And thou art enough.'
~ G. Moore - 'To live is like to love -
all reason is against it,
and all healthy instinct for it.'
